Orders

A listing is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues and will email the address on the order. Prices are in USD. Displayed sale prices copy the source regular and sale amounts when a markdown is already shown.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login details private. Insider signup emails are optional marketing; order receipts still go out.

Intellectual property

Product photography, copy, and the AriatP wordmark on this shop are used to operate the storefront. Do not scrape the catalog or reuse images without written permission from Oyster Bay Western Goods LLC.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations.

Law

These terms follow California law, without regard to conflict rules. Venue for disputes that cannot be resolved directly sits in Alameda County, California.
