Returns

Unworn, unwashed AriatP items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Footwear should be tried on indoor carpet. Signs of barn, arena, or jobsite wear void the return.

How to start

Open Order Status from My Account or email [email protected] with the order number. We send a prepaid label for U.S. addresses on eligible Insider returns. Guest returns may share the outbound ground rate.

Exchanges

Size and width exchanges follow the same window. If the new pair has a different price we charge or refund the difference after the original is received.

Final sale

Clearance marked final sale, worn safety-toe work boots, and customized pieces are not returnable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original card once the warehouse inspects the return, typically 5–10 business days after receipt.
